What file formats do you accept for PCB fabrication?
We prefer Gerber files. Please include a Drill file and fabrication specification in your package.
What are your minimum trace width and spacing capabilities?
For standard production, our minimum trace/spacing is 2/2mil. For high-precision requirements, we can achieve 1.5/1.5mil depending on the copper thickness.
Do you provide a Free DFM (Design for Manufacturing) check?
Yes! Every order undergoes a DFM review by our engineering team to identify potential issues like acid traps, missing solder masks, or clearance violations before production begins,this can save your time and cost.
Can you manufacture PCBs with controlled impedance?
Absolutely. We support Differential Impedance or Single end Impedance with a tolerance of +-10%(or +-5% upon request). Please provide your stack-up requirements and target impedance values in your inquiry.
What quality standards do you follow?
We strictly follow IPC-A-600 Class 2 as our standard. IPC Class 3 is also available for medical, aerospace, or high-reliability industrial applications.
What certifications do you have?

How do you test the boards before shipping?
We perform 100% E-test (Flying Probe or test-fixture) and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection). For multilayer boards, we can provide X-ray inspection and Micro-section reports upon request.
How long does it take for a quotation?
After receiving your gerber files, our sales team will respond with a formal quotation within 2-4 business hours.

What type of materials do you use?
We use FR-4, such as Shengyi(SY),Kingboard(KB),Aluminum, Copper Base, PTFE, Ceramic, Polyimide. Special materials can be offered, such as Rogers, PTFE, ISOLA, Panasonic. View all materials supported by HXD.
What is your standard lead time?
Prototypes (2-layer): 24–48 hours.
Standard Production: 5–7 working days.
Mass Production: 10–15 working days depending on complexity.
