Testing & Quality Control

We use different testing and inspection methods to find problems before shipment. Additional testing can be reviewed according to your product and test requirements.

Visual Inspection: Checks the overall assembly quality, including solder joints, component placement, and visible defects.
In-Line AOI: Checks solder paste, small components such as 0201 parts, missing components, component position, and polarity.
3D BGA X-Ray Inspection: Checks hidden solder joints under BGA and QFN components to find voids, bridges, open joints, and other defects.
Flying Probe Testing: Checks the electrical connections on the assembled PCB to find open circuits, short circuits, and incorrect component values.
Functional Testing: Tests the assembled PCB based on your test procedures.
